Southwire Makes Customer Experience, Sales Appointments

Southwire Canada welcomes Janny Hogen Esch to the role of Manager, Customer Experience, and Sean Large to the position of Industrial Sales Representative, Western Canada.

Janny will be responsible for driving process improvements, systems development and engagement strategies that will enhance the overall customer experience. She is an international business professional with expertise in customer and employee engagement as well as in operational performance optimization. She has held leadership positions in industries where technology and innovation play a key role, most recently as a customer services manager with Signify in the lighting and IoT business.

Sean will be responsible for supporting Southwire’s industrial customer base. He is a graduate of University of Guelph and comes to Southwire after more than 20 years in the electrical products industry, with past assignments at both Siemens and GE. Most recently, Sean was the Western Canada sales representative for Prysmian Power Cables. Sean will continue to reside in Calgary.
