The median apprentice electrician’s pay in Fort McMurray is $26,000 above the national average, while at the opposite end Saskatoon is $10,000 below.
Alberta has the highest median hourly rate for electrical contractors at $30.52. Alberta’s rate is followed closely by Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Nova Scotia.
